►►INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS - ICE 2015◄◄

L'ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus) è l'Evento Nazionale invernale di ESN Italia, che ogni anno riunisce nella bellissima Capitale oltre 2000 Erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia.
Tre giorni dedicati alla cultura, alla scoperta di questa meravigliosa citta' che nasconde monumenti dietro ogni angolo, alla degustazione di piatti tipici romani (laaacarboonaraaa) e al divertimento in discoteche che saranno invase da Erasmus.

► QUANDO E DOVE?
13-14-15 Novembre 2015, Roma
Partiremo da Bergamo Giovedi 12 alle 23:30 per essere a Roma Venerdi 13 mattina

► COSTO?
La quota di partecipazione è di 150 € con ESN CARD e comprende:
- Viaggio andata e ritorno da Bergamo
- Pernottamento di 2 notti in Ostello
- 2 colazioni
- 2 cene
- 2 ingressi per due discoteche
- Welcome pack (t-shirt, mappa e gadgets)
- City Guided Tour: Colosseo, Foro Romano, Fori Imperiali, Campidoglio, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna
- 3 biglietti della Metro
- Navetta di rientro dalla discoteca del Sabato

Inoltre ESN Italia offre la visita dei Musei del Vaticano, inclusa la Cappella Sistina di Michelangelo e un DVD in regalo, al prezzo ridotto di 9 euro, prezzo NON INCLUSO nella quota di partecipazione, in quanto non obbligatorIo a tutti, ma fortemente consigliato per chi non l'avesse mai visitata ( E' un prezzo davvero speciale e un'occasione imperdibile)

Poi vieni a trovarci in Aula Studio della sede di Caniana dalle 16 alle 18 il:
- giovedi 15
- martedi 20
- giovedi 22
Potrai pagare in due modi:
1) intera quota (150euro) subito
2) pagare nei giorni sopra indicati un acconto di 100 euro e pagare i restanti 50 euro Martedi 27 o Giovedi 29. (Chi non saldera' la propria quota entro Giovedi 29 perdera' i 100 euro di acconto)
I primi che pagheranno avranno il posto assicurato!

►►INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS - ICE 2015◄◄

The ICE (Cultural Erasmus Meeting) is the winter National Event by ESN Italy, which each year brings together in the beautiful capital 2000 Erasmus from all over Italy.
Three days dedicated to the culture, to discover this wonderful city 'that hides monuments around every corner, to tasting typical Roman food (laaacarboonaraaa) and entertainment in discos that will be invaded by Erasmus.

► WHEN AND WHERE?
13-14-15 November 2015, Roma
We'll leave from Bergamo on Thursday 12nd at 23:30 to be in Rome on Friday 13th in the morning.

► HOW MUCH?
The participation fee is 150 € with ESN CARD and includes:
- Round trip from Bergamo
- Accommodation for 2 nights in hostel
- 2 breakfasts
- 2 dinners
- 2 tickets for two discos
- Welcome pack (t-shirts, map and gadgets)
- Guided City Tour: Colosseum, Roman Forum, the Imperial Forums, the Campidoglio, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna
- 3 Metro tickets
- Shuttle re-entry from the disco on Saturday

ESN Italy also offers a visit to the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel and a DVD as a gift, at the reduced price of 9 €. This price is NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee, as it's not mandatory to all the participants, but highly recommended for those who had never visited it (It 'a very special price and an unmissable opportunity)

► HOW TO REGISTER?

Then come to visit us in the Aula Studio in Caniana from 16 to the 18 on:
- Thursday 15th
- Tuesday 20th
- Thursday 22nd
You can pay in two ways:
1) full fee (150euro) immediately
2) a deposit of 100 Euros in the days indicated above and pay the remaining 50 euros on Tuesday 27 or Thursday 29. (Those who will not pay the second part within Thursday 29 will lose the €100 deposit)
Only the first people who will pay will have the secured place!
