INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS - ICE 2016

L'ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus) è l'Evento NAZIONALE invernale di ESN Italia, che ogni anno riunisce nella bellissima Capitale oltre 3000 Erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia.
Tre giorni dedicati alla cultura, alla scoperta di questa meravigliosa citta' che nasconde monumenti dietro ogni angolo, alla degustazione di piatti tipici romani e al divertimento in discoteche che saranno letteralmente INVASE da Erasmus.
-DI GIORNO verrete conquistati dalla bellezza della città eterna (Colosseo, Pantheon, Basilica di San Pietro, Fori Romani sono solo ALCUNE delle cose che vedrete!)
-DI NOTTE la farete TREMARE con feste private ad altissimo divertimento!!!

COSTO
La quota di partecipazione è di 145 EURO con ESNcard e comprende:

• Viaggio andata e ritorno in pullman
• Pernottamento per 2 notti in Ostello

COME ISCRIVERSI

1. Prima di tutto compilate il form in fondo alla pagina
2. Poi recatevi in UFFICIO, Lunedì 10 Ottobre, Mercoledì 12 Ottobre e Lunedì 17 Ottobre dalle 16 alle 18!
   • (RICORDATE: il campanello è inattivo dalle 17 alle 18. In quell’orario suonate un qualsiasi altro campanello per farvi aprire e recatevi al secondo piano, aula 11)

MODALITÀ DI PAGAMENTO

• Intera quota (145 euro) subito
• Pagare in due tranche:
  • la prima da 100 euro
  • la seconda da 45 euro Mercoledì 12 o Lunedì 17

Chi non saldera' la propria quota entro Luned’ 17 perdera' i 100 euro di acconto

I primi che pagheranno avranno il posto assicurato!

INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS - ICE 2015

The ICE (Cultural Erasmus Meeting) is the winter NATIONAL Event by ESN Italy, which every year brings 3000 Erasmus together in the beautiful capital from all over Italy.
Three days dedicated to the culture, to discover this wonderful city that hides monuments around every corner, to tasting typical Roman food and entertainment in discos that will be literally INVADED by Erasmus.

WHEN AND WHERE?
11-13 November 2016, Roma
We'll leave from Bergamo on Thursday 10th at 23:30 to be in Rome on Friday 11th in the morning.
Will you be the only Erasmus missing??


HOW MUCH?
The participation fee is 145 € with ESN CARD and includes:

• Round trip from Bergamo
• Accommodation for 2 nights in hostel
• Travels insurance
• 2 dinners
• 3 Metro tickets
• Entrance in two Roman secret clubs for the exclusive parties ICE with more than 3000 Erasmus students from all over Italy!!!
• Guided City Tour with a professional guide: Colosseum, Roman Forum, the Imperial Forums, the Campidoglio, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna
• Welcome pack (t-shirts, map and gadgets)

ESN Italy also offers you the chance to visit the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel and a DVD as a gift, at the reduced price of 9 €. This price is NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee, as it's not mandatory to all the participants, but highly recommended for those who had never visited it (It 'a very special price and an unmissable opportunity)
 

HOW TO REGISTER?
 

1. First fill out the form at the end of the page
2. Then come to visit us in our OFFICE on:
   • Monday 10 October, Wednesday 12 October, Monday 17 October from 4pm to the 6pm
   • (REMEMBER: University disactivates the bell from 17 to 18: you just have to ring another bell and ask them to open the gate for you. Then go to the Second floor, room 11)

HOW TO PAY

1. Full fee (145euro) immediately
2. a deposit of 100 Euros in the days indicated above and pay the remaining 45 euros on Wednesday 12 or Monday 17.

Those who will not pay the second part within Thursday 29 will lose the €100 deposit

Only the first people who will pay will have the secured place!

ESN Bergamo will go there and will be really scrappy… and you?
