È finalmente arrivato il momento che tutti aspettavate dall'inizio dell'anno!!!
50 sezioni ESN da tutta Italia, 2000 Erasmus tutti in un unico villaggio sul mare per 4 giorni e 3 notti di pura follia!
Con ESN Bergamo per vivere insieme un'esperienza di cui non ricorderete niente ma che non dimenticherete mai: è l'EVENTO NAZIONALE COSENZA 2015!!!
- DOVE?
La location sara' un villaggio turistico nella provincia di Cosenza, riservato solo ed esclusivamente a voi Erasmus, che rimarra' segreto fino alla fine.
- QUANDO?
Dal 21 al 24 maggio 2015!
- QUANTO COSTA?
La quota sara' di 150 euro e include:
_ 3 notti in camere multiple
_ 3 colazioni, 3 pranzi e 3 cene
_ pick-up dall'aeroporto
_ 2 gite: venerdi mattina presso Corigliano Calabro e sabato mattina presso gli Scavi di Sibari
_ welcome kit
_ 3 feste pomeridiane e 3 feste serali
* Il trasporto e' ESCLUSO e libero. Quando chiuderemo le iscrizioni vi consiglieremo il volo che riteniamo piu' comodo e meno costoso.
- COME PARTECIPARE?
Avete tempo da Giovedi 19 febbraio a Giovedi 5 marzo per passare nel nostro ufficio (Martedi e Giovedi dalle 16:00 alle 18:00).
Potete pagare il viaggio in due modalita':
1) 150 euro per assicurarvi il posto
2) 80 euro di acconto + i restanti 70 euro da pagare ENTRO IL 19 MARZO (chi non consegnera' la seconda parte del pagamento entro tale data, perdera' l'acconto)
***Vi ricordiamo che i POSTI SONO LIMITATI!
Quindi affrettatevi se volete partire per il viaggio piu' indimenticabile di sempre!
Vi informiamo inoltre che vi sara' richiesto di pagare al momento dell'iscrizione 5 euro per ogni gita a cui vorrete partecipare (quindi dieci euro se avete intenzione di partecipare ad entrambe). Si tratta di una caparra che vi verra' ridata al momento della gita stessa, per assicurare agli organizzatori la vostra presenza.
Ovviamente se pagherete le gite e deciderete di rimanere a letto, NON riavrete indietro la caparra.
Un'altra caparra che vi chiederemo invece alla chiusura delle iscrizioni consiste in 20 euro a testa per coprire eventuali danni alle stanze. Se consegnerete la camera alla fine dell'evento in condizioni disastrate, NON riavrete i soldi. Quindi vi raccomandiamo: se ci tenete a rivedere i vostri venti euro, cercate di lasciare le stanze nelle stesse condizioni in cui le avete trovate!

It has finally arrived... That time that everyone has been waiting for since the beginning of the year!!!
50 ESN sections from all over Italy, 2000 Erasmus in a seaside resort for 4 days and 3 nights for pure madness!
With ESN Bergamo we will share an experience together that you won't remember but will never forget: it is the NATIONAL EVENT @ COSENZA 2015!!!
- WHERE?
The location will be a resort in the province of Cosenza, which will be reserved exclusively for you, Erasmus Students. The exact location will remain a secret until you arrive.
- WHEN?
From 21 to 24 of May 2015!
- HOW MUCH?
The fee will be 150 euro and includes:
_ 3 nights in multiple rooms
_ 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners
_ Airport pickup
_ 2 trips: Friday morning at Corigliano Calabro and Saturday morning at the ruins of Sybaris
_ Welcome Kit
_ 3 parties at afternoon and 3 parties at night
* The transport is NON included in the fee. When we'll close the registrations, we will give you advices on flights which we feel will be the most convenient and less expensive.
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
You have from Thursday 19th of February to Thursday 5th of March to pass in our office (Only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 18:00).
You can pay for the trip in two ways:
1) 150 euros to ensure the place
2) 80 euros deposit until 5th of March + the remaining 70 euros to be paid BEFORE 19th of March (those who not pay the second part of the payment by that date, will lose the deposit)
***Reminder: PLACES ARE LIMITED! So hurry up if you want to take part in this memorable trip!
We also advise that you will be required to pay (at the time of the registration) 5 euros for each trip that you want to participate in (ten euros so if you plan to participate in both). This is a deposit that will be given back to you during the trip, to ensure that the organizers know about your presence.
Obviously, if you have paid for the excursions and you decide to stay in bed instead of going to the trips, you will NOT get back the deposit.
Another deposit that we will ask you few days before the event is 20 euros per person to cover any damage to the rooms. If you deliver the room at the end of the event in disastrous conditions, you will NOT regain back the money. Therefore we recommend that if you want your 20 euros back, leave your room in the same condition that you found them.
